I had taken my course of Advocare products before the run, so when I came out of the water, I had the energy and muscle strength to move on to the bike and the run and posted PRs for those distances.
Lessons learned:
- Advocare works!!
- Each leg of the race is new – don’t dwell on the last leg and do your best on the sport at hand.
- The night before – 2 tablets of Nightime Recovery.
- When I woke up - 1 tablet O2 Gold and 2 tablets of Muscle Strength
- An hour before the race- 1 more O2 Gold and 2 more Muscle Strength.
- When in transition prior to the race – ½ bottle of a mixture of Muscle Fuel and Arginine Extreme
- In transition for the bike – the other half of the Muscle Fuel and Arginine Extreme
- In transition to the run - 3 catalysts and 1 bottle of Muscle Fuel and Argenine Extreme to drink on my way out of transition
ps. Nancy set personal records on the bike (1 hour 18 minutes) and the run (53 minutes 3 seconds) - congratulations Nancy - you are amazing!!!!!!!
