Over the past two days I had the opportunity to be tested at the new Vision Quest testing center at David’s World Cycle in Altamonte Springs. The tests included Lactate Threshold, VO2 System, Sprinting, and Time Trialing. It was a great experience that was turned into a competition.

Fortunately it also turned out to be one small victory for ASV…one huge accomplishment for Jeff Comfort…thanks to Z’s Advocare regime, Gary Anger’s super slow training, 30 pounds of weight loss, and a whole lot of training…
