Awesome Time Trial again tonight. It's great to see some really talented cyclist and triathletes showing up. A big thank-you for introducing me to the ADVOCARE NUTRITIONAL SYSTEM - I was hesitant to change the nutrition I've been using, but decided to take a chance. And it proved itself tonight - Advocare Muscle Fuel - took 45 seconds off my previous Time Trial and I'm even recovering from an achillies injury!!!
