Awesome Time Trial again tonight. It's great to see some really talented cyclist and triathletes showing up. A big thank-you for introducing me to the ADVOCARE NUTRITIONAL SYSTEM - I was hesitant to change the nutrition I've been using, but decided to take a chance. And it proved itself tonight - Advocare Muscle Fuel - took 45 seconds off my previous Time Trial and I'm even recovering from an achillies injury!!! I'm looking forward to more racing with Advocare Nutrition in my body to see what level it elevates me to.
